Our Support Coordination assists you to make the most of the your NDIS funding allocation by putting together useful information about services you might access, and helping you link with those of your choice.

WA Blue Sky’s people have extensive networks within the community, mainstream and specialist services to support you and your family with NDIS plan development or with finding and coordinating your supports.

We can also assist with transition planning and support during times of change in your life when a bit of extra help is useful.

Making a significant life change can feel daunting, be it moving from the family home, leaving school, coming into the NDIS or retiring from the workforce- we can assist your transitions to be times of achievement rather than stress.
